Creamy chicken pasta with bacon



220 g of pasta
350 g chicken breast
1 onion
100 ml glass of white wine
50 ml water
150 g of Boursin garlic and herbs
2 teaspoons of olive oil
salt and pepper



Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, then drain it.

Peel and chop the onion and cut the chicken breast into cubes.


In a frying pan Heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the chicken cubes and let brown for 5 minutes.

Then pour in the white wine and let it evaporate for a few minutes.

Add 50 ml of the pasta cooking juices, add salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the boursin, stir and cook for another 3 minutes.

Finally, add the drained pasta, mix it all together and serve your chicken pasta and Boursin sauce dish hot.
