Low-Fat Whole Wheat Pancakes


These pancakes are great tasting and Alli friendly! I made them for breakfast and topped them with fruit.


2 egg whites 1/3 cups all purpose flour 2/3 cups whole wheat flour 3/4 cup skim milk 1 tbs brown sugar (packed) 1/4 cup apple sauce 3 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt



Mix all ingredients. Pre-heat griddle to 400*F and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour onto hot griddle using 1/4 cup measuring cup. When air bubbles pop, turn once. Makes: 5 servings (1 serving=2 pancakes) Freezes well too!
