1 dessert cup sponge cake 1 pineapple ring 2 tsp becel light margarine 1.5 tsp brown sugar 2 tbsp fat free cool whip sprinkle of cinnamon melt butter and mix in brown sugar, pour at the bottom of a baking pan place pineapple ring over butter mixture place sponge cake over pineapple bake at 350 for about 5 min once out of the oven, place on plate and top with cool whip and cinnamon.
