These samoa brownies are from the top of the list! They are beautifully made and taste like heaven! Check out how it’s made. You’ll need: 1 box of brownie mix or chocolate cake mix. 1 (3.4 oz) can of La Lechera (caramel flavored condensed milk). 2 cups of sweetened coconut flakes. ¼ cup of evaporated milk. ½ cup of chocolate chips/melting chocolate. How to: First, prepare the brownies according to the package directions and pour the batter in a 9×13 baking pan and bake then let cool. On a baking sheet, spread the coconut bake in a preheated oven to 350° for 10 minutes until toasted. Cook the La Lechera and the evaporated milk in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes and mix to combine. Mix together the caramel mix and coconut until well combined then pour over the brownies. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes stirring every 40 seconds then pour the chocolate into a ziplock bag and cut the tip off.
