INGREDIENTS
– 1 slice tofu, about 3/4 inch thick (1/4 of the block)
– 1 cup soy milk, unsweetened (or milk alternative**)
– 1 cup frozen blueberries, no sugar added
– 1 cup raw spinach
– 1 large banana
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
