Everybody loves egg rolls, but those stuffed-and-fried roll-ups come with a price— a health one. So what’s an egg roll fan to do? Take out the roll entirely!
This egg roll in a bowl is a wonderfully flavorful, quick dinner, packed with protein and protein and is budget-friendly ♥♥.

Egg Roll in a Bowl 2 points+, 2 WW SP

What You need :

Shredded cabbage
Shredded carrot

How to Make it :

Saute as much of the above ingredients as you want in a non-stick pan with cooking spray until tender but still a bit crunchy, then set aside.

Saute 2 ounces of extra lean ground beef, garlic, diced yellow onion and freshly grated ginger.

Add meat mixture to vegetables. Pour on as much soy sauce as you want and stir well. Place in bowl and top with freshly sliced green onions.
