Ingredients
2 lbs extra lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 yellow onion (diced)
1 green cabbage (chopped)
28 ounces pure diced tomatoes – no sugar added
14 ounces pure tomato sauce – no sugar added
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.Saute ground beef with garlic and onion until cooked
2.Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce to meat mixture
3.Add in your uncooked green cabbage, salt and pepper and mix well
4.Cover and simmer for 30 min
