There’s no better side dish than some nice roasted potatoes! This recipe is a must try! You will kill for this taste! Check out how it’s made. You’ll Need: 6 large potatoes unpeeled and cut into medium sized cubes. 10 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon. 1 large finely chopped onion. 3 large peeled and finely diced cloves of garlic. ¼ cup of broth. Salt and pepper. 2 tbsps of melted butter. ½ cup of your favorite cheese. 1 tsp of parsley. How to: Add half of the bacon grease in an ungreased 9×13 baking dish and arrange the potato cubes on top and coat. Pour the broth and butter over the potatoes. Mix together the chopped onion and diced garlic until well combined and season with salt, pepper and parsley. Now, sprinkle the onion mixture over the potatoes. In a preheated oven to 425° bake for 45 minutes, stir the potatoes and top them with the bacon and cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes and enjoy! Easy, peasy and cheesy!
