2 c. shredded yellow squash 1 small onion, diced finely 1/4 c. self rising flour 1/3 c. self rising cornmeal 1 egg, beaten Pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Brown on both sides. Salt lightly . Makes about 10 patties….2 patties per serving. Makes about 5 servings.
