Ingredients
1 cup kale loosely packed
1 cup baby organic spinach loosely packed
1 frozen banana (pre-sliced)
1 medium apple (a sweet variety is best…I like gala)
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
5-6 ice cubes
Directions
Toss all the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth & creamy. It will take a minute for all the ingredients to blend but be patient…this smoothie is ultra rich & creamy and well worth the extra minute or so. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
