Ingredients
- 1 lb. 95% lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon skim milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl add the beef, Italian bread crumbs, egg, garlic, onion, skim milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix together.
- Spray a muffin tin with no-stick cooking spray. Evenly divided the beef into 12 servings, then add to the muffin tin.
- Bake 25-30 minutes.
