WW Recipe: Apple Oatmeal Muffins



2 cup apple, peeled and shredded (about 2 small apples)

1 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup quick cooking oats

2⁄3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

1 1⁄2 tsp baking powder

1⁄2 tsp baking soda

1⁄2 tsp salt

1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon

1⁄2 cup milk

2 tbsp vegetable oil




  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray 12 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or line with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, milk, and vegetable oil until combined. Evenly divide batter among the prepared muffin cups.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
